Andores Resort And Spa - Calangute

Lovely, clean hotel with beautiful gardens and a great pool area for relaxation. The location near the beach makes it easy to enjoy both tranquility and local activities. Breakfast offered a huge variety, and the dining experience was quite pleasant. There were several issues that detracted from our stay. The daytime receptionist was unhelpful, often dismissing our concerns, particularly around electricity fluctuations leading to power outages. We also experienced persistent issues with towel quality. They were stained and unwelcoming. The WiFi connectivity was unpredictable, requiring daily follow-ups for new codes. Room service was decent but failed to deliver on a simple request for a bottle opener after multiple inquiries. The nighttime staff were much better, but too many issues remained unaddressed by the daytime crew, which really impacted the experience for us.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were attentive, location was stunning on if I could get a quick taxi. The room was impressive, a nice size and complete with a shower and balcony. The breakfast here was varied and delicious with the taste & varieties and a pretty good spread out there. Location: the property was near Cinnamon restaurants, the beach and the center of Calangute. Calangute Beach district was worth staying in. Enjoyed my stay🙂

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The staff was very nice, accommodating early check-in . The spa service was heavenly, and the pool was pristine-perfect for relaxation!

The bathrooms are a bit cramped, which may be inconvenient for some. Although dining was decent, the restaurant could have offered more variety in the menu.

Plot twist, it's actually great!

Excellent architecture and spacious rooms set the stage for a relaxing stay. The pillow library is a good touch! Poolside service was top notch, and Mr Francis and Mr Raj ensured our culinary needs were met. Don't miss Sharon's expert massage for a complete pampering experience!

The gym facility was unsatisfactory, with bugs crawling on the floor and minimal equipment available.

Room 203 is a nightmare for sleep due to the relentless noise from a nearby pizza restaurant that blares music until 4 AM. The pool area suffers from a loud flue system that kicks in with the restaurant's hours. After requesting a taxi that took ages to arrive, it turned out I could have gotten a cheaper fare just outside, frustrating. The staff's handling of billing and invoicing was also slow and inefficient, which detracted from the experience overall.

Andores Resort And Spa provided an really good stay with spacious, clean rooms with beautiful balconies. The pool was impressively well-maintained, surrounded by lush gardens, and the food was deliciously crafted, especially the breakfast buffet that you couldn't miss!

I had a fantastic stay with beautiful surroundings and a clean pool area. Breakfast was superb every morning. Although I never found the spa, I would definitely come back!

The staff here goes the extra mile and they're really friendly. the pool is well-kept and you can park your car right on the premises. Everything looks brand-new here! 🌟

The location is fantastic, being close to Indian restaurants and having an amazing garden; we had a very nice stay and will definitely come back.
